Since the Net+ Prepaid Master card is not available to Nigeria members (I think its high time they address this, we would get back on this later on)

Bank wire is pretty on the high side £10.5,
$12.75 per withdrawal , also takes some time to hit your Dom account (2-10days).

Available Options (My suggestion)

1. Using the Net+ Virtual Card ( Which is a virtual master card linked to your account)

2. Linking your Net+ Virtual Card to Paypal (Nigeria Paypal).

3. Bank wire (undermining the fees and delay to get funds).

Neteller, the e-payment provider has extended it services to the people of Nigeria. with this development, nigerians can now register and verify their neteller account without any restrictions. this is good news as we can now shop, fund and withdraw with it on any site that Neteller is listed. i have verified my account with drivers licence and have deposited into my betfair account without stress.
good news for nigeria. within a month some of the restricted e-payment provider ( paypal, neteller ) are lifting their ban on Nigeria. we pray MONEYBOOKER.COM follow their footstep.

I applied for it on the Neteller website but I received it through my UK address. I want to believe you can receive it in Nigeria since people in this thread said Neteller now accepts Nigerians. I have not used mine for ATM withdrawal but you can be sure it will work on ATM since it is a normal MasterCard like any other card.
