I also will be in a similar situation wen going for my visa interview as per using an Uncle's SOA. Ur testimony has put my concerns to rest. But in addition to getting his SOA, did u take other documents to show a proof of your relationship with him (I asked this cos I saw on a website that one has to take a proof of relationship for a family sponsor, for example if one's parents are sponsoring then ur birthday certificate will cover).

Always take as many documents as you can, that you feel support your case. You might never be asked, but better to have it than regret not having it. Each interview is unique..

Just go with 40k+NGN

You mean Cotonou don't charge additional fee like we pay here. to pay sevis fee here cost 210.50. 10.50 western union fee.
