Waste of Judicial time. The court has no say in who becomes the speaker of the house. These lawyers are asking the Judiaciary to go beyond its constitutional powers. If Gbajabiamila can become a house of reps member, he could also became the speaker. The lawyers should have challenged his nomination as a candidiate for house of reps. Any body qualified to be a member of the house of reps is also qualified to be speaker. |
