please i also need to fund my neteller account but using my diamond visa card has been difficult even after neteller has validated the card. Deposit into my neteller wallet has been declined. what could happen? does it mean neteller cant be funded through a validated nigerian bank ard?

Visa verification is also called vbv (verified by visa) where you get an "ipin" which is used for validating/completing any online transaction.

For first time,

Go to any Diamond Bank ATM, follow the steps u would normally use in changing ur ATM pin but this time select change "iPin" after you have must have done that, you good to go.

I make use of my diamond visa card on neteller flawlessly, also make sure you have adequate balance as in more than enough to cover transaction, i've noticed this when using my diamond visa on neteller.

Neteller, the e-payment provider has extended it services to the people of Nigeria. with this development, nigerians can now register and verify their neteller account without any restrictions. this is good news as we can now shop, fund and withdraw with it on any site that Neteller is listed. i have verified my account with drivers licence and have deposited into my betfair account without stress.
good news for nigeria. within a month some of the restricted e-payment provider ( paypal, neteller ) are lifting their ban on Nigeria. we pray MONEYBOOKER.COM follow their footstep.

No its nt possible to withdrawal back to ur diamond visa card (or any card) from neteller. Bank member wire transfer is available but u pay fee for this & it takes a couple of days, selling ur neteller to an exchanger is the best way to withdraw funds at the moment.

You will only see it when the physical card arrives but meanwhile, keep using the virtual card details you have generated.

I applied for it on the Neteller website but I received it through my UK address. I want to believe you can receive it in Nigeria since people in this thread said Neteller now accepts Nigerians. I have not used mine for ATM withdrawal but you can be sure it will work on ATM since it is a normal MasterCard like any other card.

I have not being able to fund my neteller account from my UBA debit master card since morning. My card have been blocked 4times today 1st time on neter site and 3times on UBA card verification site for entering my details wrongly funny thing is I entered my details perfectly correctly and I have had to call them on phone 3times to unblock my card again. My card just got blocked again and am about calling them again. Is this problem from UBA or Neteller site? What's the best bank card to fund account with?
