If you notice in the bible, only 'sons' were mentioned (for example, Jacob was said to only have 12 sons, even though he had Dinah and other daughters) . Adam and Eve had many other children, so Cain married one of his sisters.

At the time, the human genepool wasn't very diverse and there were little genetic modifications, so you could say it was safe for relatives to have children. Nowadays, the strong possibility of birth defects and health problems makes incest unaccepted in modern society.

Oboy me don do maths tire for here, to my conclusion either Cain did with her Mum or with her Sister. God forgive me oo.
