Even with the laws, there are still cultures around the world that still practice it. It is frowned upon in Nigeria/Africa.

Adam and eve were not the only set of people God created. Read where he questioned God about being killed by strangers..meaning other humans separate from the lineage of Adam existed then. lets start thinking out of the box as Africans.
