1. The Original Copies of the following academic qualifications are required for registration and mobilization of Nigerian Foreign Graduates into the National Youth Service Corps; viz:

First University Degree or HND Certificate

Complete official Transcript of the First Degree or HND Course.

Marks Sheets (for Indian Universities only),
O’level Certificate i.e WAEC, GCE, SSCE, NECO, IGCE, GCSE, High School Diploma for those who schooled in USA e.t.c.
Candidate must obtain credit in not less than 5 subjects (including English and Mathematics) in not more than 2 sittings. (please note that downloaded Certificates, Transcripts, statement of result and Attestation Letter are not acceptable);

Medical Doctors and Optometrists are required to produce in addition, Evidence of completion of Houseman-ship, Full Registration Certificate with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria/Optometrists Association of Nigeria, as applicable.

Pharmacists shall produce in addition, Evidence of completion of Internship and the registration certificate with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.(Please note that receipts for payments are not acceptable in lieu of the registration certificate).

Nigerian International Passport showing clearly;

Entry Visa to Country of Study.

Date of First departure from Nigeria.

Personal Data page of the passport.

Graduate with dual Nationality are required to upload and produce, for verification at the Orientation Camp, both International Passports.
Graduates of Universities Within ECOWAS States and Cameroun are to upload and produce Residence Permit for the period of their study.

Loss Of International Passport;

In the event of loss of International Passport, prospective Corps Members are required to present;
Police and Immigration reports from the country where the International Passport was lost.
Sworn Affidavit (with the Number of the lost of International Passport).

Evidence of stay in country of study.
The Prospective Corps Member must obtain a New/Current Nigerian International Passport and upload the personal Data Page.

Information contained in the lost International Passport and the new one obtained must be the same.
For Loss Of Academic Credentials the following are required;

Police Report

Sworn Affidavit

Confirmation of result from either the examination body (for loss of 'O' Level Certificate) or the institution of graduation (for loss of Degree, HND Certificate, as the case may be).

Certificates and other credentials which are not written in English Language should be translated at the Embassy of the country of study or a University in Nigeria where the language is studied, before uploading and presentation for Verification at the Orientation Camp.

No, the PCM can use any of the O'level results recognised by the Nigerian educational system. And, they want to see the international passport and not 4*4 passports. Not like he won't need the 4*4 passport when its time tp register though. Cheers

please sir i will need your help urgently...my dear freind is experiencing the same redeployment issue from kogi state to edo...what do you think should be the solution to this immediate problem...

Relocation wasn't granted. You've been posted to a place of primary assignment already. Go to the sect in Kogi to pick your posting letter. You can reapply for relocation with a medical report gotten from a military or state government hospital in August. The medical report has to be from the state you wish to return to and you must have another report done in Kogi with the same test result to back up your claims if you want it to work faster than usual. Cheers

thank you bro..but i will like to ask what is really wrong with the kogi redeployment?...my babe wan mad for here o...she said her status still reads in process...reason is because nysc had already sent them there ppa's before redeploymen there at kogi...
