Soo mtn, u guys hv joined d scammers league and making tins unbearable 4 ur Nigerian customers abi... U came out wif mtn zone n we praised u guys but now its a scam. I have discovered dat 4 sumtime now d lowest call on d zone is 12k/sec as against d 0.4-4kb/sec or original 4k/sec.just like Jonathan increased fuel on d 1st day of a year, Glo Gbam increased wifout informing deir customers ova nite, so guys hv joined dem abi... D way i abandoned my Glo sim 4 8months recharging only 7 times dats wat i will do 2 mtn next n switch 2 Etisalat. U beta fix tins or lose 45% of ur customers. Thanx

i want to recharge my mtn sim but it keeps repeating itself keeps telling me 'the operation you requested is unavailable. Please bear with us. You can recharge your phone by dialing 181 or via ATM and VTU channels' and when using the USS CODE it tells me 'sorry the prepaid operation you are trying to perform was not succesful.

@jidesm, I don't think it has anything to do with location. I've called 3 different people from different states n they confirmed dsame tin. it's obvious mtn has made 12k/s d default call tariff. u guys should do smtin abt it pls

Dear MTN rep,
I am not happy with the way my credit is being deducted anytime I recharge. It has being happening for a long time now, I just cannot take it anymore. For instance, If i load 200 without making a call the money would just vanished all I will be seeing is your subscription is been renewed.
But, I have never subscribed to caller tune or other app. but they kept on deducting monthly even when i sent cancel.
Please, your response is important and I'm eagerly awaiting for it.
