As you read part 7, start gathering your documents sharp sharp for Temporary resident visa application. And familiarise yourself with the CIC page (Google 'my cic').

Gathering the necessary documents that would give you assurance of a medical call is the stress sef...not necessarily the application. You can start with holla-ing your sponsor as regards bank statement, bank letter etc.

Then, it's never too early to back one's case with prayers.

I'm not well-experienced in this thing...just my take.

Hi,
Do you mean seneca gave you two weeks to get your study permit and attach to your offer letter and then send to them?

If that's what you mean, I'm soRry you're on a long thing o, cuz the study permit takes at least two months.

I hired an agent, but at the end of the day, with the much info being dished out here (if one can just be patient enough to read through), I ended up teaching the agent what and what not to do. She was even printing and scanning some CIC forms instead of just saving and uploading them directly since it was an online application.

My take? If you can read through and sieve the right info from past threads, you should simply do it yourself. But if not, no wahala. Time and tide waits for no man.

The koko is you apply rightly and pray for God's favour. It is well.

lol.

Do it the way you deem fit. I used an agent primarily because I've been really really busy at work and may not be chanced to go through the whole hassle. Nevertheless, the info gotten from here has been superb.

If that's the case, then do as your family says, just read from here, so you know when the agent is going wrong.
I wish you all the very best.

Guy, if using an agent will make you sleep well at night, I'll say go for it.

However, do so speedily and dont waste any more time; the processing time gets longer by the month, to be on the safe side, you should apply befor the end of the present month.

Goodluck and best wishes.

Hi, Nice to meet you.
Do you mean MS.C Computer science or another Undergrad degree?

Google 'letter of intent for study permit online' and draft yours following the format, You can then ask someone in the house to assess ut for you.

If I were you though I wont waste anymore time - September is upon us already.

Best.

@ gworld I understand how u feel. Folks been involved coupled with anxiety and all those kinda good stuff. Just relax and do this thing yourself. I know reading is annoying but just go through this thread and u will get all the info I need. All those agents out there don't know anything. A lot of them don't know what they are doing. If u pay one, you find out that u will baby sit the person throughout the process. What people pay agent is to click ENTER. U will have to submitt and the doc and write sop yourself.
Pls don't cry oh. It is well

Two semesters how? Explain that part, please.
Paper route is perfect for late applications in my opinion; also, because of the lateness of your application, it is within reason that you have medicals upfront so your app is processed faster.

Please those online applicants that submitted their passport to VAC in Lagos after it has been requested by CIC, do you pay the 5000 naira for passport transmission service or you didn't since you give your biometrics at the VAC, their website indicate if u are submitting your passport to the same VAC as the one you give your biometrics then no need to pay for the transmission service charges, but I want to make sure because I want to send my passport through courier and I don't want any delays...also those that submitted their passport through courier before please do share your experience...God bless...

You don't pay for transmission from VFS to Canadian Embassy since you did your biometrics there. Last Tuesday, I paid N4690 for courier delivery during passport submission since I didn't want to collect it in person. I received my passport yesterday through UPS.

If you wish to send your passport to them by courier. I think you might have to include a self-addressed envelope and pay for the cost of the return. You can discuss that with the courier company. I will recommend UPS.

Cheers!
