pls house for PR for Engineer Australia, i intend getting a reference letter from my employer, what address should d letter b adressed to,or should it be "to whom it may concern"?
i also have 2 years experience in telecoms sector ,apparently i wld get no points for work experience,,but i have a year experience in anoda company which is an electrical power company.can i combine the two to make up 3years experience even though they are under different sectors in engineering field..
i also would need assitance, preferrable sample of the three career episodes..
age=31 30 points
bsc elect elect 15points
IELTS overband 7.0 0 point
work experience ...basic 2years=0 point bt if i cn combine years of experience has explained above =5points
family sponsor=10

if am to do PTE wat is d point allocation the immigration would give, cos it seems dia points r based on IELTS band scores, i really dont want to do any exams again if possible, if i cn make the 60 points as above..also hw cn smeone get state sponsorship? can one combine state sponsorship wit family sponsorship jst to rackup points? and wat are the benefits or perhaps d difference in 189,190,and 489 visas..r dia specific privileges attached to the visa subclass one chooses..pls based on the info provided above, wat subclass visa cn i apply for..

pls NNB and co cn please cme to my assistance

For PTE, if you have 65 points in all 4 sections = 10 points (proficient english)
if you have 79 points in all 4 sections = 20 points (superior english)
However, the minimum requirement for PR is 50 points in all sections = 0 points (competent english)

You get 5 points for State sponsorship subclass 190

If yours is SVP u will get it in less than 3 months.

For deferring you have to contact your school. write a mail to the email that sent you your CoE or Call them to defer. But i suggest you go ahead and apply, It might work out, You never know.

for getting a transcript by hand from naija universities is almost impossible, but you can still beat this,if you knw a lecturer or university official mostly in a foreign university, you can use the lecturer's official email addy and the school would send a softcopy of your transcript to that lecturer and once the lecturer receives it,he would only forward it to you and you can use it as many times as you want..this was wat i did to get my transcript,i actually used two lecturer's email addy, one in nigeria here and anoda in d UK,bt my school only sent to the foreign one(guess dey descriminated)

I got my official transcript in person and I paid just 3k.UI rocks

hello house, due to my circumstance, i have been finding it difficult taking a decision on my Australia travel arrangements.

I can raise money for my 1 year studies but not sure of the second year except i work. I'm also new in the oil and gas industry and will also like to advance a little on my career before moving over to Australia but i'm afraid the visa laws may get tougher by then. I had considered given up on my career for Australia but i'm always very reluctant as i haven't got enough experience that will make it easier for me to come back to the industry after studies.

Just recently, i thought of getting married to my girlfriend and sending her to study while i retain my work. This idea seems to be the best i can think of right now because i can continue with my work here, and also i'll have access to credit facility in case things get bad. I can also visit her during my field breaks.

But my question is if i enrol her into svp and both of us need to apply for the visa, will they demand for my account statement which will need to show sufficient money for the both of us?

Is it feasible she works and cater for her up keep while i take care of her school fees only?

What type of visa will they grant me and what are the provision of such visa?

To cut ur long story short u want to work alittle and gather enuf money before leaving Naija. Cool
Yes u can do svp for ur wife. You will apply as her dependent wether or not u leave the country together. (This will help u be able to get visiting visa with ease because u are regconised) Yes u will need to fill a declaration of funds form(or sometin like that). This form will be given to u by the school u are planning to aply to for her. Yes u should be able to declare enuf money for her fees. When u are visiting, with her there u won't have difficulties as per statement of acct.
Yes she can work and study and if she na "manager" she will be able t take care of her small small needs while u take care of tuition.

Let me explain better. I never put it through to them that I have served. I only had my B.Eng result last year june. I didn't include anything as regards to service. I stated in my CV that I av been working since I graduated. in an IT company. I even included a reference letter from the IT company and is actually my cousins company. Sincerely speaking I am currently serving in delta state. So I never stated anything as regards to my service because I new I would still be in service den. That is the may dikoko.
Pls I need advice

I wonder why some people here said that IOM Nigeria isn't efficient.
I emailed IOM lagos at the same time i emailed IOM Australia, both replied almost same time (next day)
I supplied them the required info and got their quotes.
Ok. IOM Lagos came a little bit cheaper than IOM Australia, ($30 difference ) and more importantly a better route as it is Lagos-Dubai-Melbourne where as the other is Lagos-Dubai-Singapore-Melbourne.
The mode of payment is better with IOM Lagos too as you simply pay into their Standard Chartered Bank Acc.
Of course, I chose IOM Lagos, paid from the comfort of my bedroom by instant transfer and got my ticket the next day.
Wow!
May be you guys ain't reaching the right mail or phone numbers.
I used the contact form on the site at first and this email followed me up;

oabikoye@iom.int

Anyone going to Melbourne, let's hook up naa. undecided

Hello, I called the No you gave the last time but someone else picked up. How are the cuties? Preparations?
