The blame should solely be for his media aides (Garba & co). Guess he should also try to read more or even watch foreign news more too. A private course in foreign politics will be a good one too for him.

The only other person that used the term west Germany in the last few years as far as I remember was my dad,5 years ago and I said dad,that term is obsolete and has been for 20 years grin
