Nigeria's rigged political structure filters off the educated ones from contesting to become president of Nigeria. With 19 states+Abuja in the once one region north, the north every four years must throw up anybody it likes to become president of Nigeria.

About three years ago, Yakubu Gowon who started creation of states lamented that state cration was ultimately hijacked to create a super-political class in Nigeria - obviously in the north.

Buhari is not likely to heed to restructuring Nigeria's polity for equitable distribution of states between north and south of Nigeria, or implement the recommendations of the last CONFAB - both acts must bring equitable political representation and throw up good leaders at any presidential election; instead Buhari may like to go to G-7 for arms and ammunition to keep rebels in check in one Nigeria.

As for the refinery, even since the days of OBJ, every year the government releases a budget for TAM, TAM and TAM but we all know nothing comes out of it because the blood sucking fuel import cabals made sure the TAMs were futile. GEJ ruled for 5 complete years and all the TAMs couldn't restore the refineries.

March 28th, Buhari wins the election and the NNPC engineers and directors, certainly out of fear, decide to carry out a proper TAM for the first time in decades. Glory be to God, we have been promised that the refinery would start working at 80% capacity by July/August. Honestly, who should really take the glory for this CHANGE?...

If you could hurriedly lump the blame of the judiciary striking out the case of corruption against Sylva on Buhari's head, I wonder why you can't see the Buhari factor in the unprecedented completion of thye TAM on the PH refinery.
