My Zenith bank rocks,few customers.i can walk in and in minutes im done,no queue.i hv an acc in UBA but had to dump them.no time for long queues n nonsense deductions |

Bro FCMB is the best, there service is ok both the alternate channel and doing of transaction in their banking all. They always see their customers as a king and make sure their customer is well satisfy with their service. They give out their ATM card in just a minute whenever is requested. Their TELLER MACHINE is working in 24hr daily. I love d bank. My brand and I, My bank and I, My personality and I. 1 Like

I bank with the new UNION BANK. Everyone can tell that their services and e.t.c are poor, but now,The bank has as well looked into this and has started a massive transformation in their branches and services re-branding /revamping in Lagos and some regions in Nigeria that i know of. I love their services now and their ATM/Internet and Mobile banking Services are excellent. UNION BANK Pls keep it up. My experience with banks is that you will get good service if you have sizeable transactions and deposits going through your accounts and you dress well. If you are a hustler, student or a petty trader with stipends in your account, they will keep messing you up. My experience is with Access Bank and GTBank. Their problem is just like MTN's.....more customers than they can handle 1 Like |

I have an account with first bank, zenith bank and diamond bank.. On a scale of 10 i rate First bank .....6/10 Zenith bank .. 8/10 Diamond ..... 9/10 Diamond bank is very efficient and their customer service is just wonderful same with zenith bank.. I only run a first bank acc because its a salary account and I have no choice. Too many impatient and rude staff in their customer service dept 2 Likes |

The worse of all Nigeria banks is Access Bank. Will NEVER encourage or advice anyone to bank with Access Bank. Their reckless deduction and charges from customers accounts I dislike most. I opened account with Access Bank sometime in 2011 which I deposited #5,000, which I never withdrew any kobo from the account till date, they kept on deducting and charging me unnecessarily to the extent that I can't withdraw any money from the account. GTB, Diamond bank, Fidelity bank all the way. |
