Bro, that's the system we've created for ourselves. Very shameful and insulting. All the same, I'm not bothered. It's a known fact that the average black doesn't look beyond their stomach and narrow comforts. What a backward species of people.

But seriously, we've got issues.......Till we're willing to confront thee lazy idiots, we're in for a long and tortuous journey.
i keep saying the same thing preye...till we lynch these guys one by one we aint moving an inch forward..we are talking about people who have uncountable clothes recieving monies worth 21milla as wardrobe allowance...now ask me why did we vote for such thieves..i keep asking if nigerians are amnesaic...

Ur opinions are as irrelevant as the P in Psychology..Govt in Nigeria is all about personal satisfaction.. Even so called civil servants know this.. Everybody body is interested in how to make money from Govt..

i have asked the same question about the where about of the NLC..everyone is fighting to steal and not to work for the benefit of all..if we had a sane labour congress many of such anomalies like the paltry sum paid to industrious citizens who work there assss off would not occur,......
Many say corruption is Nigeria number 1 problem
But in reality our problems is that we have less real Nigerians
All those pressure groups are there for "there-ing" sake
Most of their leaders are financed by politicians
Itz about what to eat, every man for his pockets

U only see dem shouting on may day
Whenever they see need to eat
They will say we are demanding for N50 after been bribed dey will accept N20

Gotdanm it mehn! This is another aspect that needs #Change.. Are they to be putting on gold attires all the time?

This wardrobe shit can't be sustained on tax payers money. Never.

If you like put on rags and make laws, provided you make credible, universal and truthful laws.

Why should I pay for what you wear.. That is absurd, its unheard of, its un-Godly, its outright rubbery of the treasury, its abuse to democracy and watom display of insensitivity,

In a Nation where we have Internally displaced persons, where we have more pressing challenges, this is a misplacement of value and wantom abuse of priviledge.

This is outright misplacement of Priority.

#GeneralBuhari Must look into this, as this also is an insult to our Madate with him..

Nigerians have lost their will for a showdown having been oppressed, insulted and misruled for decades. We only vent our anger on petty street thieves.

Aren't you shocked how we all want PMB to solve all our problems without contributing our parts?

I keep telling people that any government official slashing his/her official salary is just trying to look sympathetic to Nigerians and in turn get popularity.

The salaries have never been the problem. Allowances, that's the sh*t right there.

If they slash salaries, it will affect their allowances because the allowances are multiples (x2, x3, x4) of their salaries.

If the salary slash is big enough, it will reflect effectively on their allowances but if the slash is minimal, the effect on their allowances will also be minimal.

Though I don't believe NASS memmbers should get that huge amount for all those allowances (quarter of that is OK because they still need allowance for those things mentioned), however, you should blame labour leadership for civil servants not getting the same treatment... they only look out for their pockets not for the wellbeing of the workers.

Sadly, that's the situation we find ourselves. The role of labour has now been politicized

Wen I do tell those that care to listen to me dat Itz better biafra achieve their dream so that everybody will get sense
This is fraud Constitutionally accepted
Just imagine 17 million for clothe in a year
If they are buying 3k worth of cloth each day datz 10m
Yet sum never spend up to 20k on cloth in a year

After collecting this, sitting allowance is there up for taking
Even if there is sleeping allowance they won't mind taking pills before proceeding start

After 4yrs of abysmal total waste they will come with rice, semo and "souvenirs"

Itz a shame
If d system can't be changed
Itz better we break it

Yet sum pple will abuse someone trying to use crime to gain Job in an anti crime commission

The first and major problem with nigeria and the number one cause of corruption is that Political office is too attractive..

Let them make these offices less attractive and watch only people with love and passion for Nation building assume such positions,

These things are supposed to be done next to free, they just to be paid stipends or minimal allowances, but when a mans life depends on political office, then he would do and un-do..

This in my opinion is Nigeria's number one problem.

A Nigeria senator shouldn't earn more than the Number 1 man in the world Barrack Obama.

If we truly are following American system to the teeth then No Nigerian Politician should earn more than the Number one man where we copy our democracy from

This is absurd.

This is abysmal

This is wantom abuse and insensitivity to the plight of Nigerians.

This is braod day rubbery..

Wonder how your funds are being misappropriated ? Well there you have it. Keep watching till these morons loot Nigeria and it becomes like Zimbabwe. Even with the falling oil prices it's speculated that our reserves will last for another thirty plus years. Continue to watch these criminals loot us into oblivion.
