Ehya. David Ejoor barracks. I stayed here from Nysc 2007 till first one year after service. No drainage system. If it rains you will not believe its same place as dry season period. Ds pictures sha are the junior staff qtrs. probably B, C and D company as they call it.

Govt needs to do something.
