I feel sorry for the people in the north-east. To imagine they voted Buhari believing situation will get better but things are rather turning more sour breaks my heart. No wonder the scripture says it is better to take refuge in the Lord than to depend on human leaders - Ps 118:8-9.

Politics was one end of the insurgency that had long died. Those that had tried using it for some political gains typical of what happened in the Niger-delta had long shifted grounds. What is happening there is also been observed in the entire muslem world so how is that politics except you want to say the religion is in fact a political movement.

When a people wants self determination, refusing them that is only a sign of reliance on them for your own survival.
The war wouldn't have even been at all if not for the British, Russians and Egyptians.
If not for those countries, Biafra would've been to this day.
