During the June 12th election, Abiola got most of the votes in the North, yet when IBB annulled the election it was only in the South that people took to the streets(and died) the North was quiet.

In 1989 when students took to the streets to protest the harsh economic policies of IBB, again, it was only the southern university students that rioted(and those universities got shut down by IBB) again the North was quiet.

Young people in the south are SO ignorant and childish. They really think Nigeria works like America were you vote in the best candidate for the Job. RUBBISH. Nigeria is a game of tribe and ethnicity, always has been always will be. GROW UP and understand this. We warned you when you were all jumping on the Buhari bandwagon, that you would regret it, but you did not listen. The SW have next 4 years to come to terms with their mistake, and ALL young southerners of the Twitter,Facebook generation, I hope you can now see how Nigeria REALLY works and will be wiser with your votes come 2019.

I can categorically say that you belong to the myopic few in the SW APC.

Take it or you leave politics in countries like Nigeria is all about horse trading - The politics being played by Buhari and his fellow kinsmen and loyalists is simply an insult and provocative to say the least if you're smart enough to understand the implications of what Buhari did after the two elections in the senate and lower house and how his statements gave Saraki and Dogara the go ahead order to disobey the arranged party direction.
Without Tinubu deploying his political powerhouse and financial clout Buhari wouldn't have survived APC primaries how much more winning the general election.

I believe that they have their agreement and Buhari should tell everyone involved to play by the rules after all it was all about the interest and not the party itself right from the word go unless you're simply masking your pained ass here.

Can you expatiate further boi the areas he has betrayed you or your family. If in politics that you think he betrayed you then, you don't know what you're saying. Look at these:
1. When he led people to bring the backs of PDP by telling us the rot the FG perpetrated in the subsidy regime which subsequently gave the huge revelations of the amount of dollars pocketed by Jonathan's regime, he was not a betrayer.
2. When Jonathan's was witchhunting him by using police to terrorising him and subsequently withdrew his police orderlies because of the revelation he gave on subsidy theft, he was not a betrayer.
3. When APC was patrolising Kwara state to lure him and people of Kwara state to join APC and when he eventually led his people of the defunct nPDP and Kwara state to join APC, he was not a betrayer.
4. When he was on the campaign trains of APC from one state to another and when he was fielded as a candidate and hailed to high heaven in Ilorin Metropolitan stadium as a candidate of APC in Kwara central senatorial, he was not a betrayer.
5. When he mobilised for APC and gave them 100% successes without any opposition having a slot in Kwara state, he was not a betrayer.
When one pursue his ambition without going against the law, it became a sin to those that want things to go their way. If the number citizen of the country can come out plain to say the procedure that produce the two of them is constitutional and he cannot do anything about, I don't know where the betrayal comes from.
Pls I'm waiting to know where he betrayed you and your family.

How did Tinubu and co plan to force Buhari to stand by their pre-election agreement?

How could Tinubu think he'll be able to outfox the northerners once they had power?

If Tinubu didnt do what he did(support PMB), GEJ would have handed over to Hausa/Fulani person in 2019.

So where would that have left the Yorubas seeing that we orchestrated GEJ's emergence both as acting and substantive president to the chagrin of the north?

Tinubu's mend-fencing with north has already yielded fruits with Yorubas bagging nos 2,3 and 6.

Tinubu may just be overstretching his luck.

Northern Yorubas also worked for this change and deserve to be rewarded.

Please i beg to ask, what is party supremacy? Is it the aspiration of one greedy politician called "the lion of bourdillon" or the leadership of the party as a whole. Cos as far as I am concerned, saraki and dogara as a result of their emergence as SP & SHOR av a say in key decisions of the party as Tinubu himself.
