Tejuosho and other markets have been demolished and this one will not be different. This is not about Yorubaland or Igbo business this is about the filthy and unsafe environment called Ladipo market.

Sentiments apart, I think the market need a redevelopment. And I think the Igbo traders should have had leaders to represent them to dialogue with both Mushin and Lagos state government instead of crying wolf. Better still, if the condition giving to them to re-occupy the place is too high for them, they could re-locate to a more spacious places like Shagamu or Ogere, and this will even allow the market to spread to outside Lagos instead of been choke up in the Lagos metropolis. My opinion though, because I think Ladipo had even became too small in size for the kind of business operation going there.
