What EAST?
if you take all the industries in Ogun to the east you won't have land to build anything else.

Largest numbers of Universities in Nigeria -Ogun
Largest numbers of Religious camp grounds-Ogun
Power plants -Ogun
Largest Cement producing State in Nigeria-Ogun.
Industrial estates and industries -Ogun
Agro industries-Ogun
Property and Estates development -Ogun

With all these Ogun state still has lots of Forestry and unused land.
Ogun is a very big state.
hahaha ok... there is nothing you will listen to or believe but i will encourage you to visit Aba or ask any of your Yoruba friend who must have been there perhaps he could help...

it is laughable how you say all industries in ogun will fill the whole east grin grin. should i should take it as a joke or what?

Ogun state needs Urban renewal.

Amosun promised to initiate it during his first tenure but i have not heard or seen anything until now.

I hope he wouldn't turn to be like Gbenga daniel who promised heaven and earth but fulfilled none his envisage projects. e.g Cargo airport in iperu, Kajola railway free trade zone, ok free trade zone and deep sea port, oil and gas development(Tongeji Island and Ogun Watershed) etcetera.

These are really beautiful houses. We need more flowers though. This picture shows why people need to start using more grass/flowers or tiles to complement their houses. Looks simple but really beautiful by international standards.
