Info just reaching me is that at about noon yesterday the perm sec FMF received a memo from the presidency instructing her to only approve funds meant for salaries and await further instructions on other payments. This means that payment of tranche 2 to batch 2 will not happen next week anymore. The big question now is : what can we (awardees) do to at least extract a statement from GMB on if he plans to allow YOUWIN 3 run it's course or not? I already provided an answer to this question - we organize, march to the presidential villa and demand to speak to our president. With the way the president is looking for love and support from all angles I am sure that if we do this we will get a positive response from him. It's useless calling or emailing the secretariat because even them do not know, and that's the truth, the best you will get is 'you will be paid but we do not know when'

I don tire for this whole parole. Let's organise jarey its past time for softly softly approach and am talking evrybody not only us wey never receive tranche 2. If that vindictive ass wipe of a presido no wan pay let him make a definitive statement to that effect instead of putting us through this emotional roller coaster evryday . I agree with you totally my friend! I expected a man who had tried 3 times previously before becoming president to have known exactly who and who would make up his cabinet, but it is a shame that is not the case with our dear president! He has already given us an inkling of what he intends to spend the next 4 years doing, and that is fight Boko haram and go after GEJ and the ministers that served in his cabinet. GEJ was sworn into office in May, and by October the YOUWIN program was already in place. But if I must speak frankly, we are in this mess because of NOI, and it is exactly the same thing staff at FMF say whenever I go there. She had the power and all the time in the world to conclude YOUWIN 3 before the expiration of GEJ's tenure, but decided to keep extending it so her principal could use it to campaign for re-election.

It s d same person dat posed as Mohammed83 dat has now resurfaced as beeza (regardless of his /her real life gender)... He /she now sounding so defensive 'n i think his /her aim is only to create an atmosphere of panick, confusion 'n anxiety amongst awardees... I think we genuine awardees should ignore him /her. And genuine awardees also be careful not to respond to d email being provided here by beeza for any supposed march cos u ll only be responding to such email 'n further correspondence (ONLY via email) with such a 'ghost' awardee at ur own risk... If anyone who claims to have info beneficial to awardees but refusing tangible correspondence with other awardees vis a vis phone call (which other awardees av bn calling one another without any barrier or reluctance), but wants only email correspondence, i think such a character should be highly placed under SUSPICION...

I hv been in a ghostmode for some time nw
reading comments from people. I was one of
thos invited to abuja yesterday. The truth is d
youwin oFfice is up and running and d delay in
payment of the second tranche is due to d
present of a new director for the project. As at
yesterday d project account made it know to us
dat our voucher is ready that their is just some
few issues with our account which is bank
related. We should expect our money soonest.
Also the secretariat are aware of false info been
posted on the net and we were warn to ignore.
Pls if u have any enquiry kindly call them . From
what I saw yesterday they are really working to
ensure we get paid and even them are
complaining that its taking to long. Pls let's nt
critisize them bt rather pray for speedspeed.
