some do it cos they want the heat of the sun to dry them completely. Its better to iron it after drying ( inside o), cos the heat from the iron can kill of some monitoring bacteria.

There is a yoruba girl then in my hostel in school. She do hang her pants outside for about 4-5 days. Most times the pants go fall, someone will pick it up, just like that...

I advised her the first time, she didn't listen. My other neighbors talk to her but it's like, it's an habit she can hardly stop. She will wash the undies in the bathroom, then come outside to hang it. The most painful part of it is that the pants are not clean and attractive. Some even get holes.

The annoying part of it is that, the rope lead to the entrance to corridor to my room. When babes will come to visit me, they will always ask me, why will my neighbors spread her undies outside. I go deny say nor be my neighbor say na from the other hostel make them nor say my hostel girls dirty.

I just came out one saturday morning to clear my outside, I just see the wet dirty pants outside again, I just vex cut the rope and break the sticks that support the rope. Throw away both the rope and dirty pants. When she came back, nobody even answer her...she start to speak yoruba( watin concern me)

From that day, she learn sense... the funnest part of it, she come go dae hand the pants for barb wire...

That stuff has to be completely dried.
This is why inside drying isn't too good.
The best i think is hang out and use a light-but-not-transparent cloth to cover up then peg.
