@odilibe, you are right, 7e is very trickish, i tried all i could to track 7e with ses5 on 60cm dish, all proved abortive, two sats that are so close to each other which is suppose to be easy to track together, but when am tracking 7e on 60cm dish, it doesn't take me up to 5mins to hit green, since i want to attach it to ses5 no result yet, but when i tried to attach 7e with amos 5 on 60cm dish i use to get 45%, i don't know what is wrong with that sat.

mine is quite d opposite of ur bro, I easily get ses5 wit Amos as primary bt couldn't get Amos wit ses5... can I c a picof ur amos wit ses5?

uvare using 1m dish rigjt.7e should be below ur amos.this ia wat u will do.use d second method or from d lnb handle attach a lnb to the left standing at d back of ur dish.let be around 12 to 15cm below amos on d left. from d bar extend it further to d left while watching d signal bar from ur decoder.pls do it slowly.GOD bless u

Item used: 2 fuji stargold lnb dual output, local pan dish
Results
11938 v 27500= 60% best I could get
10992 v 27500= 97%

Still battling on east side. Hope to complete installation tomorrow. Note I had to bring in a more experienced installer for these gains. He adjusted my lnb handle to achieve this.

Faithchild, how is yours performing?
I will update with pictures tomorrow.

What lnb is recommended for this dishes?
The other installer was advising on cutting a long Ku lnb to achieve more , that Fuji stargold does not work well on local pan dishes. I need recommendation from Ogojohn, faithchild and co.

Likely if i I do a blindscan, more tps will come out. Since I am using strong 4663 xii to track, I am avoiding a blindscan. I will blindscan only when I connect with my mini x4 receiver or Qsat 28g.

i understand the principle of reverse reflection. Infact i have 5e attach to the said dish at the moment but i have tried replacing the 5e with 7e all was no success. Maybe if i see a picture of 7e attached to amos might help. Tx

starsat pay tv no news channels so can they buy rights for epl or its only on my decoder. .

I guess the new software for Q28g does not allow for many stations. It's just very few station that is on...if there is another one. Pls someone should help me out with it. Regards

I have finished installation. I could only get very few hotbird tps on my 3m local pan dish.
Pictures coming.
Not very happy because my target of Beinsports on hotbird not achievable on this local pan dish.
I will have to import the foreign dishes of at least 3.6m to enjoy hotbird here. A colleague in town here gets almost all hotbird tps on his 3.5m fiber dish.
