Shaybebaby, made something similar to what I described on your thread yesterday. Took the pic in a rush so it's kinda blurry but you get the idea.

Wild rice&long grain parboiled rice , broiled plantain, and chunky stew (sliced r-b peppers, tomatoes ,onions, garlic,bullion cube & oil)

Now I know what the finished look should be like. I will try this one for dinner on the 5th and post my pics. Thank you.

FriedPlantain. I have seen so many food on here that Salivates my mouth, stimulates my mind and strengthened my spirit. Just like I have seen some that could make one puke, trigger immunological response or even activate Factor 8 Pathway.

Pls don't mind him jor, I have never seen a soup that looks more inviting. Melon has got its own distinct natural taste and you only need to put in enough onions to bring that wonderful taste in a soup. Like Fanny said, I wish I could make pounded yam with ur melon soup. Yummy!!

Better than some Gluten Sensitive Enteropathy Food that is commonly eaten by backpackers as Breakfast Or that could inflame one's small intestine producing gas that smells to high heavens.

Which one sweetheart? Just quote it. We are literally rice eaters so I always prepare different kinds of Efo riros/stews grin

Hmm I made Egusi soup/abi stew last night and forgot to snap the plated dish. This is what it looks like. I used Bok choy(too many stalks sha but I guess it okay) and ugwu dry leaves for greens.

Pic #2.. Dessert ; Lemon pound cake, they finished a whole loaf within 20mins I didn't get to taste it.
