You can change ur course but definitely not to telecoms science as suggested by d boss I quoted because telecoms is a science course.
You can look into all courses in faculty of art and library and information science.

tcs is a better course than library n information science
but its damn stressful
ICS - info. comm. science is much related to masscomm in some aspect than TCS which is more of engineering
all in the same faculty with masscomm n comp. science
faculty of CIS
LIS or ICS should be ur best bet
but also depends on ur Olevel combination

Yes, you can... ONLY IF the UTME requirement of both courses are the same and you have the O'level requirement of the new course.
