an old man like you ought to know tompolo is no match for a general. I believe buhari simply pitied that region cos he didn't want it to look like the NE.

Where is the war you promised if GEJ loses?

To many illiterates on this forum. NLNG has consistently informed the public that the project is not theirs but that of the private sector but dem no go hear.

Samsung and Hyundai heavy industries are the main proponents of the project.

The faster they close down NLNG, the better for Biafra

It is criminal pillage of biafran resources to site a ship yard in badagry and come to shout one nigeria

After building it in badagry, they should use the ship to carry coconut water
Oil thieves, when as porth- harcout been part of biafra.

if an asari could jettison the idea of war after GEJ lost, what makes you think a tompolo would want to go to war after enjoying the luxuries of life far better than what the creeks have in the offing?

Wailers can only wail.

Business people will always be business people. You can't tell them where and how to do their business. If they find lagos viable for their corporate affairs, who are you illiterate elders and youths to say otherwise?

Wail on.

Shame on you for having such a poisonous mindset. For your type it's not even about what is right. Are you sure you have a line that can't be crossed? Have you any decency at all??

when the oil dries up the rest of nigeria would have to reciprocate the love once showed by the niger deltan by letting us share with them in the proceeds of their mineral/other resources...

so after this long while of bleeding the niger delta dry you think we wont come around to enjoy with the other regions?

That is Lagos for you always taken whatever that should not belong to them and tomorrow they will claim state with highest IGR and employement. Infact, if those plunder tribes can they would have naturely relocated all oil wells to Lagos and Kaduna. This is unhealthy capital flight to our national development. And which year will the thieves and the owners be at peace?

Lagos did not take it, it was brought to Lagos. This is what you get when you create an enabling environment for growth and development. Take it or leave it, Lagos is the most investor-friendly state in Nigeria. Why do you think Dangote chose to build his refinery in Lagos and not the Niger Delta? Did you bother to find out why the project was not moved to any Southeastern state? Keep hating, Lagos will keep growing. Eko oni baje!

Tribalism killing Nigeria more than anything else. Tribalism, nepotism and ethnicity started and promoted corruption and until recently religionism. The company said they r building the said ship building facility in Lagos solely based on business case, but unwarranted interference from outside now trying to cause wahala, Nija....we still have a very long way to go.

For a company like NLNG which has maintain a very good relationship with their host communities unlike others like shell, this was a stupid decision. Which I can only attribute to Babs omotowa attempt to steer vital NLNG buisness back to his region after ibeneche's outright and sudden relocation to the south.

u have a point. I served there, under External Relations. Trust me when i say that Nigeria LNG does alot for their host community. Ibeneche relocated The head office to Rivers so that the host state can highly benefit from the tax. Baba Omotayo is about making a very big mistake. I support the youths for their action.

Good move by the youths....
Tomorrow they will give scholarships to hausa and yoruba kids while the children in the Niger delta cant boast of a good school anywhere in the region. Otedola and wale tinubu can use money stolen from illegal deals to support and build whatever in their region.

Although i know there are scholarships specific to people from a particular region, the whole idea of a scholarship in the first place is to support brilliant but disadvantaged children. It's only in Nigeria that everything takes a tribal tone.

Why would NLNG plan to move the shipyard to Lagos? I think the hostility of the same Niger Delta Youths is responsible for the planned relocation.

The reason is very simple, they are tired of the threats.
The Niger delta as a region is not investment friendly same as the north east of Nigeria.
