Hello everyone,

I've been compiling these for a while, so I thought to share.

Another list of TRV chopping docs , as listed by the applicants.

I'm sorry if I'm gne sound mean, rude, proud, selfish or whatever, but I won't be able to reply pms as I am trying to prepare to reapply and I need to concentrate n take my time so as to get it right. So if you've sent me pms n I've not replied, I hope u do understand that I'm extremely busy.

Ps.
People that promised to read my sop, I'm coming for you soonish.
I've not started writing it tho, but as soon as I do, I'll hit u up.

Thanks.

Me sef, I been wan tell say I know ur moniker... All of you GBIUSA thread members ehn....
My advice Patty, apply alone...Your children might not need to apply cos they are US Citizens..I don't think they need Visa to enter Canada.
Apply alone, using them and hubby as home tie. Then when you get TRV, you can take them along... Make sure though you specify them in the family form and their place of birth so no case of omission or mis-representation will come up..
I once did an assessment online for my family and when it got to the point of my baby, result was I do not need Visa for the baby as He is an America Citizen...I think you just do some form of paperwork at the POE.. My take is to do a lot of research online...You stand a better chance if you don't include them in your application..
I stand to be corrected though!
.Just like you, I cannot leave my children for any reason..

I'm not a VO. I don't know anything about TRV. But somethings are only logical. If you're 22 and above, married with kids or have a job with ample working experience why would you want to go to Canada for an Advance Diploma, Diploma or PGD? It's glaring that you won't want to come back.

Anybody with a different opinion can argue this with me. I'm open to a debate.

Well, MichaelFinn, some have 3rd class degrees, some want to switch from one course to another, some need the knowledge.

I got dispatch mail without approval mail and knew it was a denial so i was ready for the news. The anxiety filled period was prior to the dispatch mail and i believe the quota system is at work. i will go through the application by weekend and know the specific reasons for denial but i think i saw Purpose of visit and o

I thank everyone for their support one way or the other as i call it a day with Canada Study Visa. I can use my School fees refund to do a lot of things down here. The most painful part is that i spent about 40K for medicals yet i didn't get to see the med result. Perhaps CIC could have compensated me by showing me the result so i don't feel it is money wasted.

For those waiting for Medical or TRV news, i wish you all God's best.

Well, I don't think VOs understand this except the applicant is able to write an extremely convincing SOP. With documents to backup such an application.

For me, I think Canada needs you, as much as you need thm. But they just wanna be sure that you are not a liability, truth is even a master degree student, can equally decide not to return to Nigeria. SOP or no SOP, In my own opinion, I just feel, God should help each applicant here to convey his or her reasons to the V.O's, coz my guy, even with a very strong SOP, a V.O can come to office on a bad morning and tick all possible reasons for denial.

@ademopo sorry about that.
I guess your docs were dispatched 29th of julyl.

By the way you could get to see d results of your medicals if you try to have a good rapport with the doctor at the hospital.
Aa friend of mine got himself cc'd when the hospital sent his results to CiC.

P.S They don't do it, so you just have to be favoured...its not impossible
