Just prepare 70k to 75k you will have your remaining balance in your portal incase of next semester.

Another question is this, what happens to those that have more than enough money in their portal...after schooling, is their money refunded to them??

You will go to your study center and tell them that you want to withdraw the excess money you have in your portal. This is according to the Noun FAQ.
And your study center will tell you what to do. Also use can go to head quarter which is in Lagos, V.I. Hope you clearly understand.

How can u have open your two eyes and allow your money to remain in your portal, u can use such money to register more course and boast your credit unit, look, Goodluck did not even allow money to remain in account, how then can u allow such thing to happen to u.

After registration of compulsory course what remains is elective course. To my belief if you register more elective course, it is recommended that certain elective shd be picked. For instance you register 10 elective course and the school may require to pick the best five. So the rest is waste.

Abi won ti refund e ni? I bend to make S if they refund it. Just ensure you have exactly the needed fee and if you want to increase it don't let it exceed 5k. Meanwhile, you still have a long way to go, 100-400 level, that is 8 semesters.
