simply ask the name of the airline, the only way u can have a direct flight is if its the countries carrier or base operation in Finland and finnair don't do Nigeria, most be at least one stop.
i guess that price is for a round trip, i think u need a one way.

boss, on d payment option, choose a bank dat u prefer and after d payment, u call their customer service number to confirm ur payment. Ur e ticket will b mail 2 u same day or next..very simple....

so what do u guys think?

It was written that I can appeal, but I don't know how that operates and d method of appealing sef, I don't understand.

Also, I was told I can start all over by applying for d residence permit. Op it's not too close and won't they think I am being -vely desperate.

I guess what u shld do is to reapply again and regularise ur acct base on what they reject u one. If u do dat again they will consider u.

They just called me back, asking how many years visa I have. When I said it's a year Residence permit. The nice lady said they don't issue one way ticket to people with one year visa. (I booked one way).

They giving me about an hour. Like there are very limited seats now on that day and at the present price.

i guess you just tell them its a student visa and it doesn't require a return visa that's it's only tourist and business visas that do..... be very convincing to her..... most of them are using market strategy........ just say na student visa

To me u only need one way. Even wen I booked @ d turkish office, I was asked d same question,which I answered with a residence permit. Some other guys like olabode ve booked and it is d same wakanow dey used. For students it is always one way. Talk to the lady,she shld know beta. For reference sake, adedaxa dt travelled dis week,used one way ticket and he fly.

P.S.... I won't advice you to appeal. I feel your best bet is to study the reason for refusal and structure your residence permit application properly next year. You will need to properly clarify your source of fund next year and counter the reason for refusal this year. If you don't do that the will just use this year as premise for refusal making note to your non-disclosure of your cousin as a sponsor. A simple letter of explanation stating that your cousin was paying back a debt he owes you some months ago would have taken care of the issue.

Do not take this in a bad way but please read through the thread and ask questions if you are not sure about things. All of us dey learn from each other. Pele bro...

sorry to hear about this but yes you should appeal. i think the guideline should be with the rejection email. Appealing doesnt mean you are desperate. It means they made a mistake and you want to prove them wrong.

@sirkezman, can't @ebun reapply. I think he shld reapply shld be d best way. Appeal they take time bro.

well, if he decides to reapply now, for this session, the earliest time he will get will be sometimes next month or october. and i dont think appeal cases will go through the same process so it might be faster, so either way, he has nothing to lose with the appeal...

Thanks to u guys, u are really cracking ur heads for d best for my sake.
Actually, I've being in a state of dilemma to which decision to make, but I will share somethings which I want u to carefully reason with me.
First, what does appeal mean in law? I was told it means, the immigration service made a wrong or an unfair decision . And I think they decision It was my fault
2nd, I was told and Googled it that appeal tk a long time, it cud even be for 3months
3rd, I still av to pay an appeal fee
4th, it may not come +ve still

On d hand of reapplying, I was like op migri won't say I'm desperate
2nd, op they won't judge based on My first application
3rd, which I can crutial, I need just a sponsor to stand for me cos I av no time for stories based on my reapplication status
The new sponsor must be perfect in d sense that, he must v as cll docs intact, appointment letter, payslip, Statement. even if he doesn't av payslips or appointment letter, he shud av as cll docs to show how h3 gets such funds

Further more, latest resumption into school is 1st of September as valved information don't know if, that date can be altered , cos a friend going to TUT said they didn't alter his for him. If UTA says they won't give me any grace what happens?

Finally, I said based on d the short time to get a perfect sponsor and to get funds again (previous sponsors 1t their money bk), I said I shud deferr d admission (but really I don't want to, cos my eyes do dey finland ). And I do not too sure if deferrment is still possible cos resumption is so close.

I will stop here for u all to respond and if I do av any addition, will post again. Once more, I do appreciate!
