1) the girl is just 18. If we have 18 year old sisters, kids, etc, we will know how young and naive they are

3) if it was consensual, why should it be at his office ? Why not a motel?
4) Her dad rather than her was pushing for the admission, so a favourable outcome would have pleased her dad more rather than her. She is just a passenger. This implies that her seducing the lecturer holds no water because there is no reason to. if the whole process was all her initiTive from the start, then maybe seduction could have been the plan.
5) if it was consensual, she wouldn't run out office. She also sought for help afterwards, which is what most rape victims do.
6) why drive an 18 year old around on sight-seeing? He did it solely to impress the girl, which didn't work, so he used force.
