This question goes to everyone.

What rate will be reasonable to give someone for his investment of about 5M yearly or quarterly?

Someone wanted to invest in one of my business, so I was wondering the rate that will be suitable for both parties. I am actually looking at the rate of TBill to offer.

I really need your advise.

Cc: Myjoy08, 9jafree, Mercylicious, Born2berich, megainvest, stockbull etc.
the rate of Tbills is often used as yardstick to measure the success of investment or otherwise.yes, you can use it but other major things are the risk in the business, the interest due date and the fund.if you're to pay quarterly, then the total interest per annual should be less than when you're paying interest annually.take the risk analysis in the business very serious before signing agreement with your partners coz
#agreement is agreement ooo

Thanks for your response.

Actually, I have no clue on how things are done, because all along I do everything myself, now this is beyond me.

Who exactly do I need to consult to give me insight/advise on how things are done?

if you dont have anyone to consult now, look inward in the business and judge based on the most challenging periods but if it's new business,i dont advice you source fund that attrats interest from individual just like that unless it's partnership with shared responsibilities.

for those of you that think i dont know what i am saying, you can see how much evansmedical have appriciated in just 10days.
I am well informed my niggers...buy into this company and watch how you will have at least 450% returns before february
You keep agitating ''buy evansmed", " buy Evansmed" with out spelling out clear cut reason why we should buy. Since u are well informed and claim to have our full interest @heart, why not spill it out! If u really care u should know by now that over the years, sincere bnsitl who r privy to certain info will always dish it out here and tell u to do your dd. Except u have some trace of selfishness! Which is not encouraging.

Lol monkey hunters have stormed the village and are promising hefty returns for village monkeys. How many will be foolish and buy monkeys that will be worthless once the hunters sell your monkeys back to you at a premium and flee? I love that Anecdote. It's always interesting watching it play out over and over again grin

The market will not complain about this but be aware that EFCC is always ready to probe the source of such funds.

Ok...evansmedical recorded a recorded profit in 2013 and gave a 5k dividends and 3.5billion naira right issue. The company management then decided to invest the profits and loans in equipments in a bid to become the largest pharmaceutical company in nigeria.
Due to these investments, profits fell and people began to dump the stocks till it was at an all time low of 52k.
They just finished paying off the loans and the wise men that have the information stated snatching up the stock knowing fully well that they will return to profitabliy in few months time since they have been having a record revenue but loan servicing prevented them from posting a profit.it is very possible that this company might become larger than pfizer in nigeria soon and are moving into antiretroviral drugs that goverment purchase directly from companies since USA is no longer giving us free hiv drugs due to our anti gay laws.

i can now share the information my belle don full....waiting to move to banana island by 2017

Now, you are talking. Thanks so much for this info. Because you have acted in a thoughtful manner, i will in return offer a final advice to you my dear friend.

Try to get a loan of N20million from Diamondbank (they grant loans of all kinds, albeit, sometimes silly and unsecure) but if that fails, share this info with Family & Friends and also show them proof of Evans recent run in the market. Hopefully, you should be able to raise some millions. When Evans eventually hits through the roof with your gains shooting past 400% as you predicted, you may now sell your holdings, buy a house and invite your dear BSITL at NSEMPA for house warming.

I am not sure if the gains will get you a flat in Banana Island, nevertheless, you will be home owner and we all will be very proud of you.

God bless you mate!

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by yinka2011: 1:20pm On Aug 10, 2015
donofdons may have a point with EVANSMED because the stock is down 65% over one year according to easykobo top most decliners for 1 year ( See PIC). i also think DANGFLOUR and FLOURMILL are good buys since both are on that list of worst stocks for last year. Also like OANDO and TRANSCORP on price decline.
