Waste from Onitsha can generate a lot of money to Anambra-State!.10 to 20 megawatts of Electricity can be generated from them daily to power the whole of Inland town of Onitsha!.Obiano can contact one Canadian Firm which is very good at that!

*This Group shall be made of "Raw talents or Gifted people" from Igboland and Nigeria, eg.. the Fabricators,Mechanics,Welders,Eletronic repairers, Vulcanizers, Gifted artists, gifted musicians etc







Assembling great minds for specific goal will be counter productive unless you have Versatile Team Leaders (which should come from the Formal Group) to lead the Both Formal & Informal group







Most Bright people are unproductive or none adventurous. Gathering them together to create the next big thing or develop a hybrid space rocket for example,is like gathering exotic car parts to assemble themselve.





The "Versatile team leaders" should be able identify these talents in his team and fit them in their fields (let say the fields are car engines & carburators production),get them specialised in the fields, improve and refine their products.

And like you previously stated,I am not in town but I have reliable sources. The issue of sanitation is much more challenging than we think. It is capital intensive, requires the masses to get involved. I believe we will triumph with the sanitation challenge but these things take time and perseverance. I don't have any problem with criticism but let do so,constructively and not as though we are attacking his person. We need more waste disposal equipment and man power in greater number and all these cost money. We are dealing with a society that has no culture of keeping the environment clean and trying to change their mindset overnight is a challenge,a real challenge. lets factor all these challenges as we move on.....Our beloved Onicha can not turn squeaky clean, overnight. Its a work in progress.

Yea,for that school to look world class they will need to fix the ground...tiles and grass. I know its very hard trying to tackle all these challenges at once with many decades of neglect but we need reassurance. this school is even better compare it to some schools in the rural areas.
