HND actually needs to be upgraded to BTech. They are graduates with a different orientation from Bsc or BEng

If you had gone to B.Tech awarding institution. You won't be saying this.

this isn't too bad for an O'level graduate, he just got some spellings wrong. but thumbs up for his/her idea and stop miss leading as if its a BSc holder. @op if you were the one in shoes of this applicant and you come up online and see people humiliating you, how will you feel

Half of nairalanders should remove the log in their own eyes first.

Less than 50% actually pointed out the letter was written by an O' level student and the OP lied.

Instead of turning the applicant to an object of ridicule, why not groom him and discover what raw skills he has. It is not about writing on paper. I know a few uneducated people(relatives) who are big men today through their handwork/skill.

The applicant is an O'level certificate holder a la SSCE.

And if you are a degree holder, your grammar comprehension and composition sucks.

So the OP cannot read and he is castigating someone who has written something.

And a point of correction, a Business Centre is not a FIRM.

You don't work in a FIRM.
