A friend of mine in oshodi told me they gave him 27k bill for the month of july. what rubbish; to give them prepaid meter they said no. something drastic need to be done about this crazy bill and which commission is even regulating activities of NEPA. can't NEPA be sued? Gosh as in i dey vex.
