Lolz . . . actual love is a verb. The version of love that goes around these days is actually either limerence or lust. And the environment has over hyped these feelings. Especially the media. They only show the beginning of the relationship. Never the ends or even the middles.

I recently had a deep reconnection with what love meant when I watched a documentary on nat geo wild. About the most unlikely animal friendship and they did one with a dog and a fox. Now, this dog was actually a hunting one, trained to kill foxes on sight! However, this dog, seeing that his master did not want the dog to be killed, LOVED the fox! And they cohabited together for a very long time!
This shows that love is something we can decide to do. If we are selfless enough, if we are willing.
All in all, I've learned to refer to love as a situation where you decide to understand, to tolerate, to trust, and even to like the person.
It is on this kind of love that marriage was founded on. I'm afraid however, that the foundation is now shaking.
