Chief builder, Tuesday...!!! Waow God will grant you the speed and the grace. I guess you may have to work late or do some nite shift,

Late in the estate? ..as a matter of fact ,we do close by 5 and resumed by 8.
-Strategy:
*the filling will be half done by the end of today
*Reinforcement for over site conctrete will bd deliver today and bending schedule commence immediately. ....to finished within 2 days
*Surface treatment to commence by Thursday hence blinding by Friday
*iron bender ve just 2 days to tidy up his work. .......hence we good to go!

As a matter of fact, we schedule to be working on decking towards ending of this very month!

and please for my understanding is the building just a semi-detached or a twin duplex?

Absolutely! One in front and one at the back.
Being an estate d plot is more than ordinary plot. This particular project sit on 900sqm.
However normal standard plot of 60x120 can accommodate this concept conveniently
