Fayose should go easy on people nah. If the govt will not help the populace, must they make things more difficult for them?  upon the salary which is not even enough and which can barely help them get by, they have to beg for their jobs again? these are not primary or secondary school kids nah, they are adults, lets not be publicizing ourselves in this manner. why is the media publishing these pictures? and what is the punishment for lateness as spelled out in the employee handbook? 13 Likes 1 Share |

Fayose is A Cruel Brainless Clueless cow dung. I don't Like him but we seem to share the leadership ideologies of acting like a Ceasar. Basically just give your people Gladiator Tournaments. It looks like lateness is a cancer in Nigeria. You can imagine the productive man hours lost to lateness, yet at month's end people will be expectant of a complete monthly pay. There should be punishment for incessant and excessive lateness to work. 4 Likes |

If your parents was there will you not condemn him? You don't punish a worker for coming late to work just for a single late coming rather you give him benefit of doubt and if he continues; query follows before a sanction..I think that's the process...Civil servants are still being owed and they have families to cater for with their meagre salary...Abeg Fayose go to ekiti state house of assembly and track lawmakers that comes late for sittings and not this civil servants 2 Likes |
