park it ....stop driving it and get it checked by a competent benz mech....cos if its transmission then be assured theres a possibility of the water going into your tranny also....and that you do not want .... i can assure you!

Thanks a lot. Will get it checked ASAP.

Good afternoon mercedes Gurus smiley

Two words . . .

Air supspension

Any advise please? Easy on me with technical terms pls.

If your car is an E class, you could change to manual shocks i heard its N250k.You can also Get the car scanned with a c3 scanner you can check all the components of the air suspension while its still fixed on the car besides you can calibrate the ride height to suite you or set to manufacturers default. If you have read the manual you will see that its normal for the car to sit if its not driven for months, if your air pump is good the car should rise even with leaks around the plumbing provided its not to bad.
on the other hand, if you don't have a scanner and you don't want to pay any scanner peddler, all you do for a serious leak and a good air pump is put your ear close to the car's individual shocks you will hear a hissing sound from the shock with a serious leak when the car is slightly raised with your hands.
If you have the money buy components from abroad they will last much longer but if you don't get prepared to buy air shocks regularly at the rate of N30k front and N18k rear don't bother to buy air pump locally find a way to import its sold like N35k locally.
I use a 2002 s430 its over 2 years but am expecting a 2006 s430 sometime this month though i might sell it and buy the next shape next year. I have made air shocks mandatory for my driving experience.

How much does it cost to clear an S-Class 550 or 600 if the model year is 2008 to 2013?

Hello House, what is/are the possible reason(s) which will bring about a malfunction display of BAS and ESP.
One mech suggested I change the rotor(brake disc).
It's for a C24O 2002. Thanks guys, appreciate.

Everytime I start my car I hear a ticking sound from the dash board. It ticks for about 10 seconds and stops. It's uncomfortable and the only malfunction indication on the screen is SRS malfunction. Could it be the cause or what. The car is a 2003 c240. Thanks.

That's not a 98 model brah, I would radar prefer the wagon in front of it. The price is on the high side for a 96/97 model

The wagon is a W203 and will definitely not go for even #1.2m. I don't think the price is high for 96/97 model because it depends on certain factors like the condition of the vehicle.

Hello house, please help me save my car it's a C240 2002. She's a sweet ride. I did change of front break pads and rotor. However, before the change two(2) malfunction display popped up. 1. BRAKE ASSIST SYSTEM VISIT WORKSHOP and 2. ESP. After the change the messages remained then a third one popped up 3. BRAKE LINING WEAR VISIT WORKSHOP. PLEASE Gentlemen can you assist me with possible next steps. PLEASE!!!

I can't find a STAR scanner in Yenagoa. But if you know anywhere in Warri or PH?

What other options do I have. Thanks.

Hello..the C350 (268-hp, 3.5-liter) is very reliable depending on your maintenance culture. Once you take care of it,you won't have a problem.
