HOW DOES THIS APPLY TO THAT GIRL WHO IS PLAYING HARD TO GET FOR YOU?

I have a guy that as been asking me out for over 2years now and i have told him NO from the onset but he kept persisting simply because he has a fish brain like the OP , he must be thinking am forming hard to get.
