Afam4eva: I am always praying for Ugwuanyi because revenue or no revenue, he will have to match Sullivan Chime's developmental strides. he may need to streamline the taxes as well as do a proper property delineation in other to be able to collect small property taxes from landlords. Sullivan Chime was a colossus in terms of transforming Enugu into a world class city. Ugwuanyi must first maintain the infrastructure in it's pristine state, while improving upon them. he will need to open up more new estates around Enugu, begin the free-trade zone around ninth mile and attract more agro based industries into the state. He must do all these in spite of the lean resources, especially now in his first term, or he should kiss a second term goodbye. 5 Likes |

spyder880:While i wait for you to bombard us with palatable pics of delectable edifices and landscapes to optimize our weekend pleasure,kindly assist to remind me the side of Independence layout where the Chinwe Ezeilo and Soji Salau streets are located? I must confess i may lose my way if i get back back to Enugu given the rate of transformation you showcased on this thread thus far. Please anyone who is close to either Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi or any of the excos should tell them to hasten up.The picture showing a failed portion of a road above is an eyesore and must not be allowed to fester.We must endeavor to do things differently in Nigeria re maintenance and aesthetics driven.
