Guyton is well detailed. Sembulingam is good for exam study. You can use both if your other courses aren't suffering

You should understand that the work load in med sch is much. Both textbooks are good. You can check them out, then decide. But for a beginner I'd recommend Keith Moore. However, it is not an offence to combine textbooks if you have the time

I don't know on which text your mcqs are based but I'll encourage you to use Chaurasia mainly. You can pour the stuff in the same format you read it during essay exams and the images in it can be easily practised and reproduced. You'll however need a good atlas to use along with it.

Why not go for uniben's jupeb program...it will take u to 200l
