Since the exit of Nnamdi Azikiwe, the SE have not been able to strategically align politically. This is largely due to the pursuits of selfish goals as against the common goal.
Some of them are shouting Biafra now when they should actually be building political bridges to cover lost grounds. Even the same Ojukwu they tend to feign idolising now was bluntly rejected by the same people when he contested for presidency. In short he got less than 5% votes from the SE.
They need to go back to basis is high now more than ever before to help place the SE at that enviable political position in Nigeria.
They need the govt as the govt needs them.
Okorocha is right as the political permutations were really faulty in this past elections in the SE

ND Republic will be the new kings of the East once Biafra is realized.

The taxes Igbos will pay to use the ports will add to the oil revenue.

i have come to realize that this man called Okorocha is self-seeking with inordinate desires, he's saying all these to make a section of the particular country love him so that when he contests for the highest office in the land, he'll be assured of their unflinching support. to bad he turned out to be the "Judas" in our mist. i've also come to realize that a president coming from a particular region doesn't mean prosperity will befall that region. if there's any truth to this assertion is the recent statistics on MDG development goals as confirmed the NBS and UNICEF. the southeast tops in Human Development Index when comparing all factors such as: Education, health, water resources and the lots. that has always being our hall mark. after the civil war we realized that rebuilding our common heritage was a faster way of acheiving economic developments rather than waiting for hand-outs from a government that practically treated us like second-class citizens. it was our resilence for community-based developments that got us this far
the northerners thinks clinging to the corridors of power is elevates thier status among other Nigerians. That's a confirmed lie!
Gone are the days were people do say: 'Political Power defines Economic Power' that was only applicable to military rule. now Political Power is must align with with economic power if it intends to achieve some form of stability. the sooner the northerners realize this new theory, better for them.
finally i'm not be sentimental or tribal; i'm just making COMMON SENSE!!! grin grin grin

Okorocha is just selfish. has no regard for his people.

So someone from another party can't be senate president in Nigeria.

Mixed breed like Okorocha should have been SOLD OFF into salavery. There is nothing as painful as to why we made those mistakes. But on the second hand, nobody would have known , as at that early stage of his life that he will grow to become an Hausa ibo man, just as an Hausa Fulani man. The latter is better because the Fulani man love themselves. In fact an Hausa Fulani can comfortably kill ten men from other tribe within seconds when they are confronted, while the Hausa Ibo man, like Malam Okorocha will only exists in the BIGGEST reservoir of foolishness. Of what use is Okorocha to the Ibo race? Damn
