Questions are what were the basis for arriving at such a whooping sum - what projects were such funds approved for and can the president explain to Nigerians how this money has been spent so far. THIS IS THE DEMOCRARCY HE SWORE TO UPHOLD ON MAY 29th, not too long ago!

In essence, the selective nature of the president and his i dont care attitude is a draw back to advancing democracy in the African Context. Mr president must be seen as a father who sees Nigeria as his family and not just a section of it.
