Aba is dirty no doubt but P.H & Ibadan are dirty too. Only Abuja, Enugu, Calaber & Uyo has some semblance of sanity in Nigeria today, Owerri used to be very neat too until Rochas became governor & abandoned clean & green.

Those places you mentioned are still dirty; na only lekki and banana island fine

Only lekki epe road clean, inside lekki you can't enter there during rainy season ..... No good Drainage, that area Stink during rainy season. Kudos to banana island. The must cleanest part in lagos.
