Pls has anybody been able to renew the mtn 1GB for N500 plan? I was not able to renew after the first one expired.

To the best of my knowledge, until you flash the new Androidone ROM and update same, the issue will still persist. I had the same problem and I had rooted my device then. When the new update came, I couldn't update despite factory resetting it several times. Once I downloaded the stock ROM from Infinix website and flashed, it solved the issue of error updating and saving of photographs to device.

Someone advise logging in as Guest and logging out (look through the thread) as helping out not sure though but what I did I've explained above. Hope it helps out. All the best.

Pls people help me to solve ds problem, i bought infinix hot 2 x510 but unfortunately i can't add my Gmail account into playstore. When I open the playstore its used show me CONFIRM YOUR PASSWORD.

For me I didn't have any problem with saving pictures till I flashed the Infinix rom and did the update. It only takes picture without the memory card. Once I put in the memory card the picture won't save

Flash it and see for your self....and if you don't like it you can revert to android one.

followed the thread. same result sadly. drivers install perfectly, but the phone wont be detected. im tired. id just keep using it like so. if the updates get too tempting, id get another phone. hopefullt before then, the cwmm recovery will be available. thanks sha

I googled nd downloaded the one from hovateksite , I guess that should work too. But I use de flashtool from infinix site

Most people do not read at all. There's a PDF file in infinix website that explains how to upgrade.
You can even update your phone without a computer. Copy the file to the root of your memory card and switch to recovery menu.
The step by step on how to upgrade is clearly written in the PDF file.
You guys are making this thread long with the continuous repetition of answered questions.

Thanks dearie. I know issue is when you look at the number of pages this thread has developed into you feel lost trying to search for the pages or even refer anyone to a particular page. Its a lovely phone and would want to see or hear people dissing it.

BTW I prefer using the computer to flash the ROM rather than the SD card method for obvious reasons ....easier to manage

I'm crying here that I can't use my internal memory. Only the memory card is working, phone memory is useless to me. I can't download into my phone memory, I can't move items from SD card to phone.
