What I'm saying is , your friend didn't just try to grab or grabbed your breasst simply for fun - she must have either misread you or you've unconsciously sent her the wrong signal.

You don't just grab people no matter how close they are to indulge in any kind of sexual act unless there is some level of body language signifying interest to a certain degree.

1st, accept her apology. Let her know all is well.

2nd, tell her you guys need to have a lengthy talk. Let her know you've no problem with her sexuality but you would prefer for her to be open than playing corny.

3rd Also let her know your stand, let her know you'll forever remain straight and if she makes any wrong move on you again you will walk.

Let her know it will take time to build the old trust you guys have but you have got her back only if she's truthful from henceforth. I don't think it is a big deal is she's a lesbian or bisexual, the only problem is that she's going about it wrongfully trying to bed you her closest pal. Things don't work that way.
