If you need to contact WES for any reason and want your problem to be resolved in a timely manner; the best way to go around this is to send a letter to their physical address. They have their mailing address on line for that service.

I understand that several WES users are abroad and may find it expensive to mail just a sheet of paper addressing the issues you have with WES, this is how to go about it. Look for someone in the US and email him the letter. That person can then print out and mail it over to them on your behalf. Also make sure to include your contact details in the letter so they can get back to you.

I want to sue world education services(WES). They have put my transcript under review for more than one month now. I have called them more than 20times, the foolish customer care representatives keep saying "they will do it today tomorow". I email them more than 100 times no response As I'm now I can't sleep well just for them to correct an error on my date of birth,my transcript was kept pending on review since.

I am not sure which is best for high school evaluation. However, most people prefer to use WES for their degree evaluation not only because it is widely accepted and respected, but because they do more good than harm to GPA's. If what is good for the goose is good for the gander; then, I see no reason why WES shouldn't be the best for high school evaluation too.

Bro be careful....those mail are scam mails because I received them often also and I can't remember wen I applied for it.

WES is better because their translated GPA usually comes out higher than that of ECE, which often turns out lower US GPAs considerably.

Thanks big boss but the issue now is that WES did not evaluate course by course report for high school only document by document and that does not show GPA.. Any other agency you can suggest ?

Yea. Try AACRAO. My friend used it recently. They are quite fast and flexible and accept transcript copies by email.

hey house its been a while, i have brother who is not very intelligent but is willing to study in the USA. he says he cant sit for TOEFL reason because he has a low or average IQ. he has fears that he will not make a good score in the TOEFL exam, because he isnt brilliant/intelligent enough
currently he has only his NECO olevel result

please what do you advise for such a person?

should he go ahead and apply to a school without TOEFL bUT WHAT ABOUT the USA embassy in Nigeria will they see him as qualified for VISA.

what are his chances of getting a US visa.

Bro, I don't buy the call thingy idea if you wanna get something urgent from WES. Though its kinda helpful and they do respond to calls at a certained-prefer time of theirs. What I did was "I always spam their box with emails" I think I became a nuisance to them..lol.. If you don't mind, send them countless of email per day, repeat what you've said in previous mail again and again. They get disturbed when their mail is been spammed according to a friend and it worked for me.

Baba thank you. They have done it now. The pattern you suggested worked very well, I almost bomb 500 emails today and it perfectly worked. .
