The aim of the block making is not price reduction but quality control.

Roofing. Sheets werec0.45mm, but the angle ridge, eaves angle, bottom flashing, barge board, gutter trimming etc were done with 0.55mm Aluminium.
Woodwork cost 490,000 while Aluminium costs 760,000. Misc-20,000. Total of #1,270,000

Mixture of granite and stonedust.

Carcass has been completed.
From foundation to this stage of the building, we have spent about #4,700,000 so far.

Finishings to include Electrical, Plumbing, Tiling, POP and PVC ceiling, Windows and doors will be the next phase..
