This project took off about 2months ago.. But I'll be bringing us up to date so I can continue the rest development in real time (before laziness takes over)

Project- 3 units of 2-bedroom flats
Client- A friend / big brother
Budget- Low
Duration- Not specified

We have covered the site.. Just the front.. because its a very big land and budget is tight..

The block machine is mine. No just for this project but any other one I will have later. I bought it to reduce cost for both me and my client. I also monitor block quality by producing myself.

Besides, we still have about 2 more buildings coming on this land.

Oga Sule4, I don't mind. A complete set up will cost you about 350k for this type of machine.

Filling and compaction done.. Blockwork to lintel begins..

I have lost most of the pictures because phone was stolen..

Had my concerns about the span, weight and structural possibility of this 'parapet' but the Architect cum Supervisor cum General Consultant said that's how he wants it.
