Wonder shall never end here in nairaland.

WELCOME TO NAIRALAND, THE LIAISON HEADQUARTERS OF SCAMMERS.

The "Babe" aspect spoilt the whole show. You went to her to learn the trade, you invested some money without legal backing. Then unna dey call unnaself babe (only God knows what happened between you and her, a married woman ooooooo lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed), then you came to nairaland to accuse her, then she deleted her account the following day.

Only God knows what went wrong between you too, thank God it has been resolved sha.

I hope some gullible nairalanders learnt one thing or the other from this thread.

Aptly put, SHINE YOUR EYE.

Lobatan O Jarey.

After following this thread from the beginning till now have don my research about onion business.Have gotten a buyer in Lagos and am on my way to Kaduna, zaria.Keep tabs for update and experience.Exactly 5am @Lakoja,Kogi State.FCT now heading towards Kaduna. Some people might think why am i going to Kaduna,Zaria why not sokoto for dry Onion? My buyer specifically requested for fresh Onions from Zaria.Pls b4 you take ur decision about this business do your home work very well. The business is sweet and note finger can be burnt also.Guys have arrived Kaduna safely and i get to the market in a village called Kangora is between kano and Kaduna.i will watch the market tomorrow also and start buying on Saturday. At the market today to survey and u wouldn't beleave the price drop almost N700 within 24hr.wouldn't you rather start or keep on speculating.Am still watching, guys can you believe on getting to the market today i have to buy a bag of solo onion for N6000 + N670 statutory fee + 800 transport his morning. When i get to Lagos i will send u pictures.

@Floxholdings. Kudos on your sincerity and hardwork. I'd love to travel to North by next week(by God's infinite grace) to buy onions, yam and beans to resell here in Lagos. But my challenge has been sourcing for buyers here. Please, Flox, how do you do it? Thanks

Pls before u leave Lagos for North to buy make sure u have your buyer on ground. What i did really is that i went to major market in Lagos to survey how the market is been run and if u need to bring ur produce how can u sell them.Alot of sellers in the market was introduced to me and he took me another two months to study them and how the treat there customer and i conclude of doing business with one.I will travel buy the produce and he will sell.get his commission and we continue to transact,is as simple as that but try to known the person u want to deal with and understand the trend of the market u want to play in.thank you

Total cost of Zaria Onion + Statutory + Transport = N9120

Selling Zaria Onions @ Mile 12 = N13,000

I sent you a mail. Pls reply.

I was in Mile 12 today and a bag of zaria was as low as N10,000 but sokoto onions was N22,000.

The mallam I spoke with said there's no guarantee in the market. The bag of sokoto onions that was N22,000 today was sold as low as N12000 last week, which corroborates floxholding's comment about the market being flooded last week.

Still watching.
