Open your store. Click on the ... Option at the bottom right of your screen. Go to Settings. Turn off "Update only over Wi-Fi"

That should do it.

Go to store settings and change it to Use cellular data instead of Wi-Fi.

Download Microsoft's "Contact + Message backup"
It works well if your phone has a memory card.

Video Tuner
Movie creator beta

Or
Easy video editor.

All free.

windows isn't for everybody. All what you are complaining about can be done easily with windows phone .if you can't sit down to learn and wants to be spoon-feed then windows phone isn't for u
